The Community Needs and Special Grants Committee reviews data on well-being and community issues in Northern Berkshire then recommends to NBUW’s Board of Directors priorities for funding, membership, and other decisions. Special 1-time and major long-term grants for local needs come from Northern Berkshire United Way’s own funds.
