Northern Berkshire United Way (NBUW) unites people, resources, and member agencies to improve lives and build a stronger community.
Emergency and crisis situations can affect any of us at any time. NBUW provides funding to our 20 local member agencies that provide health, education and financial stability programs in the area of safetynet services
When you attend our events or donate, you’re not just giving money – you’re giving hope, comfort, and opportunity to your neighbors. Over one-third of our entire Northern Berkshire community (around 10,000 people!) benefits from United Way-funded programs offered through our member agencies
We hope to see you at our next event. Learn more here
In addition to our role as a funder for our 20 member agencies, NBUW also sponsors a Community Needs and Special Grant to serve Northern Berkshire residents.
This grant is intended to supplement, not supplant one-time, short-term projects that address current community issues with the goal to impact the community for the better as a result.
