| We are located in North Adams, Massachusetts, in the heart of the Berkshires, America’s number one cultural destination.
We’ve been around, in one form or another, for over 75 years. Through Northern Berkshire United Way, the good people of northern Berkshire County support our 22 member agencies. Please use the links on this site to explore our member agencies. In turn, our member agencies provide a wide array of services to our friends and neighbors. |
This year we will attempt to raise $550,000 to support our member agencies and to initiate and support projects with specific outcomes, such as school readiness, access to transportation, camp scholarships, and food security. Together, with our partner, the Williamstown Community Chest, we will raise over $750,000 – even in these tough economic times, even in this economically challenged area. And, together with our partner to the south, the Berkshire United Way, we are addressing the challenge of community impact as issued by United Way Worldwide.
